Vintage Made in Taiwan Chirstmas Decorations Package Toppers.  4 Cloth Girls in striped dresses with pipe cleaner attatchments.  One of the little girls has lost her little red paper mouth but it is in the package and just needs a jot of glue.  Package is worn but unopened.  See pics.
