We make every effort to describe each item as best as we can and we ask that you please read the listing in its entirety. SHIPPING TERMS
Items ship within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Items will not ship on Saturday and Sunday. Orders will be shipped by the most cost effective channel. All items are packaged and shipped in a professional manner. The tracking number will be sent to you via eBay. Combined shipping discounts are available for multiple item purchases. Flat rate fees are for Domestic US shipping ONLY. Alaska, Hawaii and all other NON Contiguous Territories are extra cost.
We will ship International, however please note that Customers/Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs or any other charges as such on items being shipped to a foreign country. If the item is shipped to a U.S. exporter, once it is received by the exporter we are no longer responsible for the item.
FREIGHT
All freight items are shipped within the continental U.S only. All international freight purchases will be shipped to a U.S. exporter upon request. Once the U.S. Exporter signs as received, we are no longer responsible for the item.
FDA REGULATION & CERTIFICATION
The sale of this item may be subject to regulations by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and state and local regulatory agencies. If the item is subject to FDA regulation, we will verify your status as an authorized purchaser of this item before shipping.

The purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless seller, sellers officers, directors, shareholders, employees against any and all liabilities, obligations, claims, demands, cost and expenses of every kind of nature, including attorney’s and litigation expenses, arising from or related to equipment, including without the manufacturer, selections, purchasers, deliverer, possession, use, operation or return of the equipment or from any breach or default on the part of the seller in the performance of any agreement or seller to be performed pursuant to the terms of this agreement.
