Antique Small Jo Plane Planer Tool Flat Bottom number unknown .

Found this old plane among tools that were in a barn in an old ranch in Grass Valley, California.

It has Jo on the side as seen in my photos.

I do not see any cracks on the plane, it moves just ever so slightly.

The bottom blade underneath is flat as seen in my photo.

Naval jelly would do it wonders!

I cannot find any number on it so I am not sure of the number. Perhaps as it is underneath the rust.

This awesome plane would look wonderful on your shelf restored!

I don’t want to take it apart because I may not be able to put it back together as well as it is now.

The bottom is flat and the plane has all blades present.
