3. Include a note specifying the issues with your cluster, your name, return address, and contact phone number.
4. After purchase you will receive our address and instructions via email and ebay messages. Send us your instrument cluster.
5. We'll ship your cluster back to you within 24 hours. We use USPS Priority Mail, which typically delivers in 2-3 business days. A tracking number will be provided for your convenience. Please note, we cover the cost of the return shipping only.
Warranty
We offer lifetime warranty for this cluster, unless we say differently in the description. This warranty covers your information displays, gauges, and any power loss.
As for the lights in your cluster, we cover those for one year since bulbs and LEDs don't last forever. If you need new lights after a year, we can do it for a small fee.
For the first three months after we send your cluster back, we'll cover the shipping cost both ways if there's a warranty issue. After three months, you'll need to cover the shipping cost to us.
