This was stored along with other spares in a gasketed steel locker.
No box, but as you can see this has never been installed.
The unit was checked for continuity and also while doing this noticed that when turning the dial to room temperatures an audible "click" could be heard. So being intrigued I dipped the bulb into some hot water waited a few moments and then observed I had to turn the temperature dial up to about 140 to get that "click". As such I would say it works.
I would still run a calibration on it after you install it as such should be the procedure with all new installs regarding controls needing specific parameters.
This will be well packed for shipment.
