No refunds on postage
In the unfortunate event of fish that arrive dead, please contact us immediately and return the    deceased fish in a jiffy bag to the address provided, once confirmed you will be offered a refund or a replacement. Photographic evidence can also be accepted

SHIPPING/COLLECTION

Local pickup from our fish rooms is always preferred,  collection from  Riverpark Aquatics, Unit 31 Riverpark Ind Estate, Bridge Street, Linwood, Renfrewshire, PA33DW.  Collection by appointment 

Postage costs £20.00 either by Royal Mail next day service . We only post Monday – Thursday, delivery day to be confirmed with buyer. 
We can combine shipping costs for other fish as well. When using a 24 hour courier you can purchase as many fish as you wish with no extra delivery charge other than the initial payment you make for postage.  If buying more than one item please wait for invoice before payment is made.

Some areas may not be covered by next day delivery or may incur a higher shipping cost (some highlands & islands) please feel free to contact us for confirmation of shipping costs.
