This is the COMPLETE 246/246 card collection of the Hot Wheels Acceleracers Collectible Card Game. Even includes a few international cards.
Extremely rare on eBay. Only seen a couple of other collections here over the last several years.
Just about every card here is NEAR MINT, especially the 10 "phantom rare" cards. Never used for playing. Just kept in clear sleeves and stored properly in a binder.
