If you are into cycling and ever wanted your drone follow you, this is the solution. This DJI RC bicycle holder is developed and printed by me. It is tested on my road bicycle as well as on my MTB bicycle. It is made out of ABS plastic and it is very strong.
However this was my own use case, I cannot guarantee that this will work for you.I am not responsible for your RC damage, so before making a purchase please do your own judgment.
For peace of mind this kit includes a silicon cover and screen protector, additionally I created a ring on the mount so you can tight the holder to your bicycle handle bar, to prevent dropping it.
The kit includes:
- DJI RC holder
- Ball handlebar mount (see picture 3)
- 4 machine screws to mount the mount to DJI RC controller
- 3 plastic screws to tight ball holder
- Silicon protection case
- Screen protector
- 3 x adapter for bar mount Diameter 0.5",0.87",1",1.26"
- zip tie
In order to perform the installation you need: 1 small Philips screw driver, 1 mid size Philips screw driver, 2.5mm alien wrench. Please tight the ball clamp enough to prevent the RC controller to move, if you tight too much it will break, since it is made out of plastic, but again it worked for me.
Please note the silicon protection case installation is must, without it this mount will not work.
There will be 2 variation of this set, the other option has color changing mount (if temperature is hot it will become to white, if cold it become grey, and quick release future to mount on the handlebar.
