Chercos is inland, about 12 miles from Albox and 4 miles from Olula del rio, The village has a couple of shops, 3 bars, a bank, fast internet, bowling green, swimming pool. Every year in August there is an amazing fiesta and later in Macael the county roads are closed for a car rally!
Alicanti airport is just over an hour away. There is local golf and the coast is almost an hour away.

We had an "Expat " moment and built a concrete water feature in the middle of the driveway ! It was a bargain to buy but after the water proof sockets and digging 50m of rocky ground were done.... Well.
