2006 Opti Neon Sign measures 15 1/4" x 15 1/4".   Original stickers on back.  I tested this sign with an adapter and it works fine.  This sign needs a right angle dc adapter in order for it to lay properly against the wall when hung.  I do not have the adapter for this sign.  I only had the straight barrel adapter to test.
