This is our first encounter with 60mm plastic toy soldiers mounted on war camels. There have been many sets with ordinary camels, but these beasts are elaborately saddled, bridled, and are festooned with a slung quiver of arrows and a recurved bow in a decorated scabbard. Three of the accompanying Saracen warriors are dressed in lamelar armor (overlapping metal plates sewn onto a leather jacket), one wears quilted armor and the other two are light unarmored troops. The set includes 1 each of the 12 different soldiers, 4 camels and 4 weapons for the 4 ring-hand poses.
