It has a yellow stylized rayed sun in center surrounded by flames and matches.   There is row of loopy turquoise blue beads across the bottom and yellow beaded handle on top.

The burgundy felt holder part is 5-1/2" high and 4" wide.

Condition is very good, minimal signs of age and no damage of any kind.
