This vintage Japanese wedding Kutani set comes with his and hers lidded cups, beautifully crafted and handmade with a rich cultural heritage. These are called married cups or a wedding set and they are typical of traditional Kutani ceramics. One is slightly smaller than the other as they should be. They are beautifully painted with boat and house scenes, and the bottom label translates “suburbs.” The knobbed lids follow the theme.
