This is a vintage lapel pin with heart shaped locket attached. I believe it is mother of pearl on the front of the heart. It picks up different colors of blues and greens. It is  so cute with its little charm of the capitol building. The Mother part of the pin is 1 5/8" long. Top of pin to very bottom edge of the heart is 2 1/4". Capital building is gold tone with clear rhinestones. The locket opens to give you 2 places for pictures of loved ones. This piece is mint and a great item to own. Always the perfect gift.

Most of my items come from estate sales and auctions and sometimes there will be stains and smells that are beyond my control. I love my international buyers but please don't ask me to lie about values on customs forms because it is against the law.
