Difficult to say which mount it fits. Last 3 photos show what appears to be 2 mounts
Photo 10 shows the smaller diameter having a male thread closest to the body. Doesn't have any male 'ears'
Photo 11 shows it with a larger mount having 3 separate 'Ears' that would go into matching female slots
Photo 12 shows the larger mount leaning against the body
No sleeve or box as this was stored in a kit carry case that shipped with a different camera body
The surface is not pristine, which won't affect its operation
Owner used it sparingly
Glass is very clean and is protected with a threaded lens cover. Mounting end also has a spin-mount cover
