It is a purple Chuck plush with a black felt lightning bolt head-feather, two red-orange eyebrows, one raised upwards and one lowered. The visor over his eyes is red, with blue lining. He has a white belly under the beak. The beak is also light-orange. He has a cape, which is a shiny and stitched-on material. The buckle is also dark yellow
