This listing is for four trolleys designed to be used with a 1-5/8" strut channel (unistrut, found in most big box stores) and made out of 10 gauge metal. These are handmade in the US.

This 6wheel trolley can be used in many applications. It was designed to have a piece of angle iron bolted to it and span between to two parallel pieces of strut. The hole in the top of the trolley allows a cable to be hooked to and run in the strut. The trolley was made to allow a cable to run behind the trolley in the strut if needed. This would allow you to put a pulley above the strut, run a cable from the trolley over the pulley, and back down through the strut.

One use could be a bed lift in an enclosed trailer. Mount the strut to the walls and use pulleys and a 12V winch to raise and lower the bed or other platform. The picture shows a standard bed frame mounted to it as an example.

This trolley is very versatile and can be used for a wide range of applications.

The trolley has holes that are 1" long which allows a total of 2" of adjustment when used as a pair. This will allow you to get things tight once installed.

The 6-wheel version keeps the wheels in contact with the track at all times. This allows the trolley to be used with a strut that is mounted on the ground, vertically or horizontally (not for over head use) and keeps the trolley from hitting the mounting hardware when there isn't a load on it.

These are powder coated.

This trolley is very versatile and can be used for a wide range of applications. They are not intended to lift people or used in overhead applications.

Mounting hardware is not included, it is just used to show different options.

The listing is for the design pictured, but I can custom make other designs to suit your needs, for example longer hanger, larger hanging hole, more wheels or different shapes. Send a message with your needs, we can work out the details, and I will create a listing for it.

Due to the manufacturing process the specifications in the pictures may be off +-.5mm. Example of uses:

- Curtains: Industrial, Blackout, theater or welding

- Backdrops

- Sliding doors or barn style doors

Handmade in Nebraska by a family-owned business.
