Used/Refurbished Warranty


All our used and refurbished items will come with a parts and labour warranty, listed above (unless stated otherwise within the listing). This will cover genuine issues only, we would like to be very clear that our warranty shall not cover any damage or faults caused due to abuse/Misuse/accidents, this includes but not limited to Cracked glass/screen, Chipped glass screen, pixel damage, blank screen etc). Water damaged products, microphone faults, software glitches OR any power related issues are excluded from our warranty. We enforce a zero tolerance policy for any abuse attempted or demonstrated for false claims and as such, the buyer will be reported and blocked should we have evidence of this being the case.


We shall repair, replace in that order. If a product needs replacing then we shall send out a like for like.
