Hole size needed for the 20mm Bulkhead threaded end to be drilled is = 26.5mm min / 32mm max
Hole size needed for the 25mm Bulkhead threaded end to be drilled is = 33.5mm min / 40mm max
Hole size needed for the 32mm Bulkhead threaded end to be drilled is = 42mm min / 50mm max
Hole size needed for the 40mm Bulkhead threaded end to be drilled is = 53.5mm min / 65mm max
Pipe will go inside both ends of the tank connectors, but the threaded outside end of the tank connector are as follows:

25mm tank connector = 1" BSP
32mm tank connector = 1 1/4" BSP
