The beautiful set is pre-owned and is in great overall condition with the exception of slight wear/pilling on the green grosgrain ribbon near the top end of the comforter.  This could easily be sewn over with the grosgrain ribbon from the extra pillow sham, if desired.  (Close up of ribbon can be seen in last two photos, above.)  

The floral fabric is 100% cotton sateen which reverses to a coordinating houndstooth cotton fabric on back.  The bed skirt is made of the same coordinating houndstooth cotton fabric.  This is a very rich looking set with classic, timeless styling.
