To Activate Heat:
  • Snap the metal coin back and forth located inside the heat pad until you hear a CLICK!
  • knead pack to soften.
To Reuse:
  • Boil water in a pot.
  • Place the heat pad into a non stick pot or  place the pack on cloth inside the pot, continue boiling water until all crystals are dissolved.
  • Remove the heat pad (with tongs) from the boiling water and hold it up against a light.
  • Make sure no crystals remain in pack (else it will trigger the heating again).
  • Take the liquid pack and place it on a cloth to cool down.
  • When the pack cools down, it is ready to be used again.
  • note: If crystals begin to form while the pack is cooling, it must be boiled again until crystals fully disappear.
To use it Cold:
Simply put the heat pad in the refrigerator, it will cool to s soothing 32 degrees and remain in a liquid form. (pliable cool gel pad)
Note: Placing in the freezer for too long will make the pad appear frozen (ice pack) although the heat activator was just set off and it will need to be reset to its liquid form again.
