Very good condition with hood and HOYA Pro1 Digital lens protector that has been on the camera since I bought it new in 2011. Has original case in mint condition (with strap) and original box with manual. 

Works great and glass is in excellent condition. Just a couple of marks here and there on the body of the lens but in great shape. The rubber grip around the focus ring gets out of place a little, particularly in hot weather.
