This was found on my Grandpa's old cluttered work bench. When he passed away in the 70's, the work bench remained as-is even until present day. Although my dad worked in and around the clutter until last month, when we cleaned it up together I picked this up and asked if it was his. He said no, that it has always be there. I kept it thinking it was cool...is it?
