Items are dispatched the next working day and shipped via express delivery, guaranteed within two working days. The service is completely free and fully traceable directly via eBay. We also offer a next working day delivery option along with click & collect.

Click & Collect:

The item can be delivered to a click & collect point of your choice giving you the freedom to collect in your own time. Please ensure 'Click & Collect' has been selected at the checkout.

Collect in person:

Should you wish to collect from our Manchester facility, simply select the Collect In Person' option at the checkout. Please message our team via eBay to arrange a convenient collection time.

Warranty & returns policy:

All refurbished items are covered by our 1 Year RTB warranty as standard. In the unlikely event that a hardware fault should occur after the 30 day money back guarantee period the item can be returned for a repair or replacement. RTB (return to base) requires that the item be shipped back to our facility by the customer.

30 day money back guarantee:

If you have changed your mind the item can be returned for a full refund within 30 calendar days of the sale date. The item must be returned in the original condition along with all accessories.

Hardware faults:

Our warranty covers hardware faults only. Physical damage & software issues (virus's etc) are not covered however we are more than happy to assist! Please report any physical damage caused in transit within 48 hours.
