Up for sale is a used original 1963 Corvette Steering Column Collar with Anti-rattle gasket. This is a unique 1963 only part. The part number 3823013 is cast into the back side of the escutcheon. It is in very good condition. The original rubber anti-rattle/anti-vibration gasket is included. The rubber is very pliable and thus the gasket can be reused.
