I am the only official seller of items from the actual Dawson’s Creek in Wilmington, NC. I personally know the residents and they have put me in charge to officially sell these show used house props. I have acquired many items from the house that were used in the show. I also have other items I have collected from filming locations in Wilmington. You can see more proof on my Instagram.

This is an authentic fence picket from the white picket fence from the property in Wilmington, North Carolina that was used in the show Dawson’s Creek. You are getting the one pictured in my hand while standing in front of the house. It is one of the better ones out of the Fenceline. It is in excellent condition compared to most.

The fence was replaced in 2016 because it was starting to get weathered.

I also have other items listed so please check those out. I even acquired a few little souvenir bottles of creek water.

To prove the authenticity of this, I have pictured myself in front of the house and in the back of the house acquiring the shingles and the pickets from the owners.
