Faulty HP Compaq NC6120 Motherboard

Motherboard is faulty. When the power button is pressed the fan spins but nothing shows on screen.

Please note that this was the output that was given when tested but may have other faults and due to the item being sold as parts not working with no returns and they output that you get may not be exactly the same as I got when I tested.
