1970’s Advance Pattern #3059 Misses Housecoat/Robe in Two Lengths Size Medium Cut/Complete

This is a 1970’s (?) Advance pattern #3059, Misses Housecoat, Robe or Muu Muu in two lengths, in size Medium. There is no written description but body is gathered to a yoke at front and back. Can be sewn in full length or knee length. Sleeves are either short sleeve or what looks like 3/4 length with gathered elastic and ruffled sleeve hem.

Envelope is very worn and has numerous small tears around edges, corners and top flap. Pattern has been cut. Pieces are in good condition and have been verified to be complete.
