US Military and Marine Issue Wet Weather Genuine Military Issue MARPAT Woodland Reversible Field Tarp Tarpaulin. NSN: 8340-01-519-2701. The tarp is made of ripstop nylon, and is coated with a fire resistant urethane to make waterproof. The underside is coyote brown in color. The tarp has 8 grommets with cord / bungee tie-downs (depending on condition, please read all information below regarding condition) to use in various hanging configurations. These tarps measure approximately 90" x 80".

There are also multiple snaps around the perimeter of the tarp that alternate male and female connectors. This allows you to snap the tarp to itself to shorten it or to create a drain channel. You can also snap multiple tarps together to make a larger shelter.

These tarps are lightweight, durable, abrasion resistant, waterproof, and non-reflective. They fold up into a compact bundle. Perfect for survival, bug out bag, car trunk emergency item, or prepping / preparedness. Add this tarp to your gear collection for making a shelter, sunshade, ground cover, gear cover, hasty shelter or hasty field expedient waterproof sleeping bag when used with the Wet Weather Poncho Liner "Woobie". Condition description. These tarps have been issued to and "used by our troops" and will show varying degrees of wear unless described as "New". Most of the tarps will show small pinholes of light through them where the urethane coating has thinned or has peeled. These areas do not compromise the ability of the tarp to shed water. Please see individual condition descriptions below.

Never Issued items are either brand new with tags and / or packaging or they may NOT have tags or packaging and may have some dust or signs of storage / handling but show no signs of ever having been issued, used or laundered.

Excellent used condition shows hardly any signs of wear. No holes or tears in tarp. No repaired holes. Urethane coating is in excellent condition. No stains or blemishes. No writing or marks. No fading or color variation. Camo pattern visible, bright and crisp. Tie down cords/bungees all present. All grommets and snaps present and serviceable.

Very Good used condition shows minimal signs of wear. May have a few to no tiny pinholes less than 1/16 inch in fabric. No repaired holes. Urethane coating is in very good condition. Slight stains, blemishes possible. No writing or marks. Very slight fading or color variation possible. Camo pattern visible, bright and crisp. Tie down cords/bungees all present. All grommets and snaps present and serviceable.

Good used condition shows signs of wear. “Used by our Troops”. Holes / tears (less than 1/4 inch) in fabric possible. May have neatly sealed or repaired holes. Urethane coating may show some peeling but overall serviceability and utility is not compromised. This item still has several years of use with normal care. Some stains, blemishes, writing, marks are possible. Fading or color variation possible. Camo pattern visible but may show some fading. Tie down cords/bungees all present. All grommets and snaps present and serviceable.

Fair used condition shows signs of wear. Holes / tears (less than 1/2 inch) in fabric possible. May have repaired / sealed holes. Urethane coating may show some peeling but the tarp is still serviceable. This item is still usable with normal care. Some stains, blemishes, writing, marks are possible. Fading or color variation possible. Camo pattern visible but may be faded. Tie down cords/bungees may be missing. All grommets and snaps present and serviceable.

CIF / Supply Turn in or Needs Repair has seen better days. Holes / tears (greater than ½ inch) likely. Urethane coating peeling likely and waterproof effectiveness is compromised. Some stains, blemishes, writing, marks are likely. Fading or color variation likely. Camo pattern fading likely. Tie down cords/bungees may be missing. Grommets and snaps may be missing or unserviceable. This item is still useful as a ground mat, hasty improvised shelter, shade or gear tarp although it will not be as effective as one in better condition. Most of these are purchased by military personnel to be used as a turn in item to supply or CIF.

Your order will be shipped from Indiana or Kentucky. We ship using USPS Parcel Select or UPS Ground. We generally choose the most economical (regardless of what service was in the eBay listing) however if you have a shipping preference or require expedited shipping, please send us a message and we will accommodate if you pay for the additional cost of shipping.
Delivery dates or shipping times are estimates! Once we hand it off to the shipping carrier it is out of our control and delays could happen for any reason on their end.
