Velcro pockets and adjustable hood.  It's a "grow along" coat, sleeves can be adjusted as the person wearing it grows.  I think this is unisex, but it says boys.  Full zipper, adjustable inside with toggles.  Elastic cuffs inside sleeve.  This can handle any weather.
