PARTS & COMPANY INFO: Unless specified as new, all of our parts are used and show some signs of wear. The parts we sell are used but in usable condition and are tested prior to sale. We try to disclose any defects in the parts in the description. All of our parts are cleaned before shipping but may not be 100% like new in most cases.

PLEASE NOTE: We mark all of our parts when they leave so an item without our markings can not be returned to us. Please do your research to make sure this part will fit your application if you are purchasing it for a vehicle that is not specified in the description.

SHIPPING & FEEDBACK POLICY: We try to ship out the same or next business day after receipt of your payment. If you do not receive an item within a reasonable time (up to 10 days in some areas of the USA) please notify us. We use the USPS and UPS tracking services to confirm delivery of your item. Please leave feedback when you get your item so we know you got it and are happy with it. If you have a problem when you receive your item, email or call us before leaving feedback. We will leave feedback for you after you have left feedback for us and we know that you are happy!

RETURN POLICY: We gladly accept returns within 60 days of purchase. The 60 day period starts when you take possession of the part.  return is due to customer error, there will be a 20% restocking/handling fee. No returns on installed or altered parts.We do not cover the cost of labor charges during the installation of your parts. We are not responsible for any improper installation or misdiagnosis.

We test all electrical items and make sure they are in working order prior to selling them. Therefore, there are No returns on electrical items. All return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. No refund on shipping charges.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO or PO Box addresses is available for select parts only. Please contact us through eBay messaging for details and shipping rates. 

Local Pick-up at our facilities is available. Please contact us prior to your purchase to arrange local pick-up. Buyer must select 'Buy It Now' prior to local pick-up.

Please allow up to 10 days for delivery unless your part is included in eBay's Guaranteed Delivery Program. Most areas in the US are within 5 days. 

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us via eBay messaging within 24 hours for assistance.
