This unit is considered “Specialty Equipment” and is untested. We will attempt to power on a unit as a courtesy only. Although an item may show functionality, it is meant only to provide additional information and to help the customer make a decision with their purchase. In no way are we stating this device is (or will be) functional in your application, as we cannot test “Specialty Equipment”. Therefore, if a “Specialty Equipment” item is non-functional and the buyer would like to return it, it is the buyer's responsibility to arrange the return shipment.

If the item arrives damaged, we require pictures of the outside of the package and of the item itself. Should the item be damaged and need to be returned, the buyer must repackage the unit (suitable for shipping/packed properly) before returning. If desired, the buyer can take the package to a local UPS packaging store and have them pack the item properly for travel. Upon receipt of the properly packed item, we will issue a refund when requested. If the item is new in the box and you find out it doesn't work in your application, we reserve the right to charge an open box return fee.

If the item needs to be sent via freight shipment, the buyer is responsible for setting up the shipment and providing us with a BOL.
