You are purchasing a Plasticville O-O27 #1908-198 "Split Level House". 

This is the white & gray sided, dark gray roof, and salmon trim version. This color combination is one of the more desirable color versions in the split-level house line.

This piece is in "excellent" condition with no breaks, cracks, or blemishes. The decal curtains have been attached to the inside windows and several are starting to "roll" or lose their stickiness. 

The box is in excellent, "crisp" condition with hardly any shelf wear. AND this is the correct marked box - stamped on the bottom - Salmon Doors.

I continue to purchase vintage Plasticville collections with many items in their original boxes.
