One of five Carte Maquettes produced in the 1990s by Ed. Mirontaine featuring houses or buildings associated with famous French Impressionist artists - Cézanne (A01), Van Gogh (A02, two available), Sisley (A03), Bonnard (A04), Renoir (A05) - that are being listed separately. All five were purchased at the same time in the 1990s and have been stored with other stationery items for the past 20+ years.

*Renoir painted around 30 works at Maison Fournaise, a restaurant and open-air dance hall at Chatou on the Île-de-Impressionistes on the Seine west of Paris. His masterpiece, Luncheon of the Boating Party / Le Bal des Canters (1881) is set under the red-striped awning on the establishment's balcony.
