These are a pair of Converse All-Star in a men's size 8. They are 11 3/8" long along the bottom of the outsole, and 10.5" long inside. They are a vintage model that were made in the USA. I'm not sure of the year, but it looks like late 80s to early 90s era. The were originally a high top and have been trimmed to a low top. The tongue is still full length and there is stitching around the ankle. There are slight differences between the shoes and they may have originally been two different pairs.
They are used, without the box. They have some scuffs and creasing. There is a black writing line around the ankles of both shoes. The laces are missing one tip on each shoe. One of the laces is significantly shorter. The outsole still has good tread left. The midsole and outsole rubber feel pliable and flexible; however as a vintage shoes, any wear is at your own risk. Please inspect the pictures.
I just want to reiterate that these are USED SHOES. I do my best to give a fair, reasonable description and am not trying to trick anyone. I point out any major flaws, but there will always be minor flaws due to their used nature. All my pictures are of the actual shoes. PLEASE INSPECT THEM THOROUGHLY BEFORE BUYING. I try to cover every angle so nothing is hidden, but I am limited to twelve pictures by eBay. For some of the older shoes (approx. 10+ years), they may be reaching the point at which they are unwearable, and should be bought for collectible purposes. This happens despite the wear and cosmetic condition, and simply due to the age of materials such as foam, rubber, and glue. For these reasons, I cannot guarantee wearability for shoes older than 10 years.
Shipping: I usually ship same day. Around weekends, I may have to wait until Monday. The estimated arrival date is not exact and there can be delays at the post office beyond my control. I put the same shipping price on almost every pair of shoes, larger ones more. This is an average price and includes shipping and handling. Remember, there is a lot more involved than just the price of postage. I always use Priority Mail, except when noted. If you purchase multiple items, you can request combined shipping. International shipping is offered through eBay’s Global Shipping Program. It should be an option at checkout. I have no control over the services or prices offered through the program. PLEASE PROVIDE A CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS.
Returns: Please contact me via Send the Seller a Message. If you are unsatisfied with the purchase and would like to return the item, I will refund the original purchase price, minus shipping. You must let me know within 2 weeks of delivery AND have the item sent back with tracking. The returned item must be in the same condition as when purchased.
