NO CHIPS OR CRACKS, DOES HAVE A SCRATCH OR MARK ABOVE HER HEAD came from a storage unit and was wrapped up for years in newspaper so it is a little dirty. Although I know they are designed to look a little dirty I believe this needs a good cleaning. There may also be some water marks or light scratch on it. PLEASE SEE PHOTOS.
