Antique Japanese Woodblock Print of White Horse signed by  Urushibara Mokuchu  Pictures show condition.   This measures  9 1/4" x 12 1/2". 

Life dates1888-1953 Biography Printmaker; came to London for the 1910 Japan-British Exhibition; in 1912-13 printed the woodblock facsimile of the 'Admonitions' handscroll painting (Ch.Ptg.1) commissioned by Sidney Colvin (q.v.); worked with the painter Frank Brangwyn (q.v.). Donated prints to the Museum from 1912 to 1939, when he returned to Japan before the outbreak of the War; younger brother of Sanjiro and Eijiro.
