NGC authenticated and graded VF Details. Medium olive brown with fine roughness and micro porosity on the surfaces. There is a small circular dig under ER and a few minor marks along the edge and rims. Nice detail remaining with full date and rims, Two leaves follow the word DOLLAR on the lettered edge, visible even in the holder.
