You are bidding on the Garbage Pail Kids Chrome Series wrapper in the picture above.  This card will be shipped in a toploader and sleeve fully protected from the elements.  These limited edition parallel variety serialized cards are exclusive to the chrome series which was released as a reprint of the original 1985 cards back in the 1980's.
