I use Parcel2go/Evri tracked as my courier , i find them to be pretty reliable. I reserve the right to change my courier at any time as there is lots of competition out there. I want to offer my customers the best experience in there purchase that i can. Please contact me if you live outside of the UK as prices change for postage all the time and i do not get a chance to keep courier prices up to date.




Returns

In keeping with Ebay policy i offer a 30 day refund if you are not happy with the product. As i sell my products at a very competitive price i expect the buyer to pay return postage unless damaged. The main problem i find is colour variation . This Technology is not a perfect science yet and is therefore out of my control. Monitors do vary but in my 10 years experience i have found it to be quite reliable with at least a 96% positive rate you see the same colours as i do.
