Sie enthält den in der Karibik vorherrschenden Scotch Bonnet Chili, der hier mit etwas Senf, Zwiebeln, Knoblauch, Essig und Salz köstlich abgeschmeckt ist. Ideal geeignet als scharfe Beilage zu kurzgebratenem Fleisch und zum Würzen von Salat bis Cocktail. Geht auch gut als Sosse zu Reis oder Nudeln, wenn man mit der Schärfe klarkommt.
