Not Sure what this Adapter goes to - I think it was a Proprietary Adapter for a Video Card. It is Not a DVI Adapter - It is wider that that. It has 3 Rows of 10 Pins. It is missing a pin in row 8. It also has 4 Pins (2 Top and 2 Bottom) over a "Long" Pin.
