The more pleasing light enjoys the benefits of an ingenious internal interchangeable 7.2V/2600mAh Lithium Ion battery boasting up to 480 full power shots without the irritation of external battery packs. We do not offer price protection on the price of an item that you purchased. All orders are subject to verification before shipment. "Free Shipping" when stated only applies to orders shipped within the continental US. Customers shipping orders shipping to HI AK and PR must pay a surcharge or select an alternate service. We ship with Fed Ex, UPS and USPS. Please let us know if you have a preference. Items over $650 will require a signature upon delivery. We are not responsible for shipping costs on returns or exchanges unless stated. Canada and other international buyers are responsible for all duties, customs charges, and/or brokerage fees. Returns: Please contact us through the eBay messaging system first, that we may discuss the best way forward. Customers who refuse a delivery, will be subject to charges for return shipping to us. If the item was advertised as Free Shipping, then we will charge the amount of shipping as determined by the shipping calculator. Our GRADING SCALE: * New Demo: As packaged by manufacturer. Complete w/ manufacturer's warranty. Never sold to a consumer, only used on shelf for demonstration. * LN = Like New: 99%-100% New condition. Includes original box, accessories & instructions. * LN- = Like New Minus.: 99%-97% of original condition. Extremely slight wear, only seen upon close inspection. Glass is perfect. * EX + = Excellent Plus: 96%-90% of original condition. Very Nice. May have slight wear on finish. Glass is very clean. Box & Accessories not included unless stated. * EX = Excellent: 89%-80% of original condition. Shows moderate wear. May have small dents or dings and slight finish wear. Glass may have slight marks that will not affect picture quality. Likely no original box/accessories * BGN = Bargain: 70%-79% of original condition. Shows more than average wear. May have dents, dings or brassing and finish loss. Glass has blemishes that might not affect image quality. * UG = Ugly: Very rough looking. Multiple impressions in metal, excessive finish loss and brassing. Glass will have multiple marks, fungus and /or haze which will affect picture quality. * AI = As Is: Usually intended for parts only. All "As Is" equipment has no return or warranty privledges. The equipment most likely does not work and may be missing parts. RETURNS: Returns must be sent back in the same condition as we sent them. ALL ITEMS OVER $1500 are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be packed with all contents which came with the original package including, cables, software, plastic and cardboard packaging, and unregistered warranty card.
