Items will be dispatched from NSW within 1 or 2 business day(excluding weekends and public holidays) via Australia Express Post after full payment has been received. Under normal circumstances, your item is expected to be delivered within 1-3 business days. It may take longer than usual depending on the circumstances at Australia Post. 

We are not held liable for any loss, theft or damages in shipping. If any problems happen, please contact us. We would like help buyers to resolve the problems.

For faulty items:
If an item is defective as a manufacturers fault or defect, please contact us within 72 hours of item arrival. After return, we will either provide a replacement or issue a refund of the item price. After that time frame, we may consider the defect as a damage caused by buyer's usage, so please contact us as soon as you receive the item.
