- Do I need to disassemble the console before send in for repair?: No, You do not need to take apart the console before send to us for repair, this part is also included in the repair cost as well. All you have to do is make sure to pack it nice and safely to send it in to us, we will take care of the rest for you. However, if you already took it apart and need just the "soldering part" done, you can go here to purchase the "soldering only repair" that could save you a few bucks:

2. We will send you an email (Ebay Messaging) with instructions and our shipping address.
3. You pack & ship the complete console to us for repair (you pay shipping cost to us).
4. We will repair the damaged/broken HDMI port, reassemble, test and ship the console back to you (Return shipping is included within the U.S)
5. Your console will arrived at your doorsteps between 3-5 business days after repair is completed, ready to go and get you back to gaming in no time.
- How do I know if my console needs this service?:
- Xbox Series X console will boot into White light (NOT continuously pulsing BLUE light) with no image or input signal from the screen.

- Do you offer any warranty or guarantee of your work?: Yes, all our work are backed with warranty of 90 days, which in this case we will guarantee for the HDMI repair and its parts up to 90 days. This will not include any other issue or parts that is not related to this repair, water damage, unauthorized modifications to the console during the warranty period.
If we cannot repair your console due to any damage beyond repairable, all money previously paid will be refunded minus return shipping cost. You will only pay for shipping back to you.
