This is for 2 DEFECTIVE DONOR SOLDERED SPINDLE Lens assemblies.
It is a set of two.
NO Disk Door Switch included.
Each has at least one Laser board screw to hold it in place.
Each has some issue.

Spindle Not spinning.
Electric Slide Right is most Common of these.
No Switch Activation at all and NOT the disk door switch.
Fluttering Lens Movement.
Most are B laser Boards.
Nothing was replaced as the spindle cable is Factory SOLDERED on the laser board.
These are a PARTS item.
