Shipment:
1.Your order will be shipped by UPS /USPS/FedEx. 
2.If the weight of your order exceeds 150 lbs., we will ship your order to you on a pallet, using a trucking company. 

• The weight of this product exceeds 150 lbs and cannot be shipped through FedEx or UPS. It requires a special delivery truck,
  so we will need your correct phone number and address in order to schedule the service.
  Addresses cannot be changed once the product has been shipped.
  The delivery service does not include a lift-gate, residential service, installation, or delivery inside your house.
  For residential address deliveries and lift-gate service, please contact us for details.

Local Pick-up:
We have local warehours in CA and GA, USA. 
Support Local Pick-up for Customer in Calfiornia or Georgia, USA! In local store, if you pick-up by yourself and visit our store, you will get 50% discount for first material supplies order or free samples.

Process of Local Pickup:
1.After payment, you will get the number and the adress for Local Pickup. 
2.We will give you the package acording your numbers, so please don't tell anybody your numbers. 
3.Our working time is 10:00am- 17:00 pm ( From Monday-Friday).
4.You'd better to make an appointment before you go to us.
