I am listing the two issues as being in NM+ condition to be on the safe side. Both would certainly be 9.8 candidates if sent in for professional grading. They are un-read and I cannot see any issues with them. 

 I cannot guarantee CGC/CBCS/PGX grades but again, these two comics look to be in NM+/9.6 or better condition! It is a VERY nice set!
