• We accept all payment methods through the the eBay payment system.
• Make sure your shipping address is correct before ordering, no changes can be made to the address after the order has be placed.

• All orders over $750 will require a signature for delivery.
• All pre-selected shipping rates and methods are for customers with a valid residential or commercial address within the Contiguous 48 United States (PO Boxes address may require additional charges).
• P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Canada, and other countries may require additional shipping fees. Please contact a member of our team for detailed shipping charges.
• Shipping is available only to PayPal verified addresses. When making payment please confirm your address has been verified with PayPal. Once payment is made shipping address can not be changed/altered. Payments made using an unverified PayPal address will be refunded and order will be canceled.
• We will not accept request to change shipping address once payment has been made. Please confirm your shipping address is up-to-date and valid.
• Typical handling time for orders is 1-business day. We do our best to ship every package with-in 1 business day of receiving a cleared payment. In some circumstances additional time may be need, in which case we will contact buyer.
• Shipped orders that are returned by the shipping company due to an insufficient address or an undeliverable address will be refunded less a 20% restocking fee.
• Orders refused at time of delivery and returned back to DBsCarAudio will be refunded less a 20% restocking fee.

Return Information

Return for Refund

• All products that are being returned for Refund are accompanied by a 20% Restocking Fee. The item must be in BRAND NEW Condition. No components missing (i.e. screws, bass knobs, plastic coverings, protective films, etc.) Failure to meet any of these requirements will result in a higher restocking fee or denial of return request. Store credit could be used towards purchase of any products of DBs Car Audio's store.
• Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. All refunds will be computed based on the unit cost. Products purchased with “Free Shipping” will have the UPS or USPS Rate deducted from their refund.

Return Procedure

• Please message us for RMA procedures.Write the RMA number outside of the shipping box to where it is visible upon arrival. Any box without a visible RMA may result in refusal by our receiving department. Put the completed RMA FORM inside the box with your item. Any returned item without the completed form will result in delay in processing your request. Please send the item back to us in a standard shipping box with insurance. We are not responsible for any damage or missing items during shipment of the package.

Warranty Information

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

No returns will be excepted after 30 days from delivery date, contact the manufacture for warranty information.

All products except for tweeter's and driver's that have replacement diaphragm's come with a 1-Year Manufactures Warranty

All defective products will be covered under warranty except the following:

• Physical Damage
• Water Damage
• Abuse, Accident, Misuse or Faulty Installation (Repeated returns for the same damage may be considered abuse unless accompanied by a receipt from professional installer)
• Burnt voice coils   
• Smoked Amplifiers     

Customer is responsible for all shipping fees except for defective items

All DOA must be reported to DBs Car Audio through email or phone within 48-hours after receiving the product.
