Question:Why is my tablet running slowly？

Answer: It is recommended to close unnecessary software, otherwise it will hang to occupy running memory.
Question: Why is WiFi disconnected?

Answer: 1. Please check the router log and make sure the WiFi security option is WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK.

2. It may be affected by the router's dual-band WiFi bundling. We recommend separating the 2.4G and 5G WiFi of the router, which will make the tablet network smoother.

Question:What accessories are included in the package?
Answer: You will receive a package including HD film, type-c data cable, OTG cable, manual (English and German version). Please note that accessories do not include power plugs. Please buy the 5V 2A power plug separately.

Answer: Yes. XGODY comes with pre-installed Youtube and Google Play Store software. I can install the apps I want on Google Play like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. XGODY Tablet also has more than enough storage space available. Also, we can insert 512GB external memory (TF card not included).
Question:Why won't my tablet turn on after charging?

Answer: First try to connect it to the computer, charge it for a while, and then try a 5V 2A charger. Try to charge it for as long as possible to get a charging prompt. If it still doesn't work, you can poke the reset hole with a needle. We recommend charging the tablet at less than 10%.
Question:Is there an actual 10GB of the tablet?

Answer: Yes. XGODY Tablet TAB M10 WIFI system comes with 4GB of memory, and an additional 6GB of virtual memory can be added on the settings page. In actual use, you can use up to 10GB of running memory.
Question:Where can i upgrade to 10GB RAM?

Answer: Settings-Memory Extension-RAM extend. After setting, you need to restart the machine to run normally.
